  • Building installation cost and roof re-thatch services are included in the price within a 100-mile radius of Oxford. Materials for the build and the installation are included in the cost. Accessories and the optional cedar shingle roof can be installed at an extra cost.

  • Unlike traditional thatch, your garden building roof thatch will last for 5- 8 years. There can be some cases where thatch will not need to be replaced after 5 – 8 years, however, it is always worth checking after 5 years have passed. If you are unsure if your thatch needs replacing and need advice, feel free to give us a call.
